Maddy: Life of a Beach Bum & Bikini Babe Wannabe!

How strange r/s has become? Was reading the papers sometime last week and found out that our famous radio personality, Mr. Glenn Ong and Ms Jamie Yeo have broken up. I was pretty taken aback actually since they were so very much in love whenever I read about them in magazines etc. Moreover their wedding was like THE event of the year few years back. So when they announced that they were splitting up, I was pretty taken aback. But the shocking thing was not really that but rather Glenn getting it together with Jean Deanker! Hmm..well I do know that the radio world is smaller, as compared to the TV world but kinda like dating around the circle, hmm..isnt it a bit too close for comfort? 

And the funniest thing is that most of them are like dating one another. Friday’s New Paper even done up some family-tree like thingy, dating the DJ’s dating history! Hah. That is totally gossipy man. I can still remember when I did that family-tree like dating thingy was like back in uni days when everyone was like dating everyone else in school! 

The last I heard was that Jean was dating Mark Richmond’s bro and I guess they have split up which explains why Jean got together with Glenn. So there it was, both of them moving on. Glenn with Jean and Jamie with some ang moh guy whom he met at a Prodigy concert. And that ang moh guy is kinda cute I must say. : ) 

That was not really the alarming thing. The alarming thing being that both of them were like saying things about each other. First Glenn was like “badmouthing” Jamie in the papers etc. And now it is like Jamie’s turn since she is like on the cover of this week’s 8 Days. Gosh. You should have read the things that they have said about each other. Whatever happened to the love that they once shared? 

I don’t even know whether they should like bitch about each other in public since they are pretty much public figure and well-liked by most. So by bitching about each other, hm, I don’t think that quite reflects well. 

So whatever happened to the love that they once shared when they got married? Don’t ask me that. I guess love has become hatred for them. Or should I said for most couples who have broken up. Guess its pretty much a phrase that everyone goes thru after breakup. You used to love the person that you were with very much but when he/she does something that break your heart, hey the love that you had for him/her becomes hatred. Kinda scary I must say but this is how humans are very much. Its only after you have moved on, the hatred that you felt for the other person just died with time as well. Everyone has their own side of story and who is right or who is wrong? Well, that would be between the two parties who are involved. 

Yet again, who am I to judge Glenn and Jamie? 

Well, for the past few days, have been feelin happy. : ) Hm, you guys must be wondering like “what is keeping our dear Maddy happy eh?” Well, let’s just said that I have met someone really special. : ) 

Someone who has brought a smile to me every time I receive his msg. Someone who makes me smile secretly to myself when I think of him. Someone who makes me miss him when I don’t hear from him. Someone who makes me think of him every few minutes. Someone who makes me laugh with his impersonation of peeps around him. Someone who never fails to impress me with his knowledge of words and stuff. Someone who never fails to make me think “Hey I dinch know there is someone out there who enjoys and shares the lil things that I like in life.” : ) 

Had a first date with him over the weekend and surprise surprise, the date went really great. Seriously I dinch quite expect it to go so well. : ) So when it turned out to be much better, I was surprised and glad. 

It had been a really long while since I felt so comfortable with someone. And someone whom I can share almost everything wif. Especially on a first date. That is totally surprising for me. Can still remembered a comment that he made, “Hm, you have a normal voice.” Hee hee..well wat does he meant by that? Lolx. At that time when he said that, I was like a big “HUH” in my head. But he did clarified what he meant much later on. Hee hee..But hey that definitely sticks in my head. ;P 

Both of us being dog-lovers, or rather animal-lovers, we went for Marley n Me. Being easily touched by scenes where there are dogs, I almost cried when Marley died. Hee hee..But hey I managed to keep my cool. Hee ;P  If I was at home, I would have probably brawled my eyes out! =_= Still remember how we spent the rest of the nite talking about stuff that I never quite dreamt that I would be sharing with someone whom I have just met. Even though that came as a surprise to me, but hey I felt comfortable sharing. 

And to think that we share many many things in common. Like how we like being out of the sterotype of “chinese” back in school. Doing all the things that non-chinese would do. Hanging out and being best pals with the Malay dudes in school. Speaking their lingo. And enjoying similar things in life. I was surprised yet once again. 

So the date went past and I was looking forward to seeing him again. Not too sure if we would see each other again, I actually dropped hints, or rather straight-forwardly asked whether I would see him again. Hee hee..And lets just say the feeling was mutual. : ) 

So we talked over MSN and on the phone till wee hours of the nite even though both of us had to like wake up early for work the next day. Me aint complaining since I totally enjoyed talking to him. : ) 

And we met up again for our date last night. I was surprised when he bought me sour candies from Candy Empire. Actually I was more surprised about the fact that he remembered I like sour stuff. : ) 

Hm, how did the date went? Lets just say that I had some of my questions answered. : ) 

Hm, it has been a week since Ms Maddy hit the roads with her Xiao Huang. : ) So how have it been so far? Lets see..everyone at work is so excited about my car. Haha..everyone is like asking me to drive them out for lunch etc. But hey I have refused all requests as my parking still sucks as usual, so I wouldn’t want to stall traffic with my parking! Hee hee :P 

Driving on the roads is an experience! I am like learning new things every other day! But I do know of one thing. Experienced drivers like to bully p-plate! Gosh. They are like so rude lor. Especially taxi drivers. They are the worst! Besides the motorcyclists who are equally bad. 

Experienced drivers are like not giving way to p-plates at all even though u signal early! There were a few times when I tried cutting lanes and I did signal early but hey the drivers didn’t even slow down! Instead they even travelled like so much faster so that you dunch cut into their lanes! Gosh. That is totally horrible and uncalled for lor! Heh. Its not as if I dinch signal lor. Its more like they just purposely dunch want to let u cut. So evils. There were a few times that I missed my turn because of all these stupid nonsenses. But oh well, safety first. So if they dunch let me cut, then no choice, I just have to turn further upfront. No point challenging my safety with these cars. 

Seriously it wasn’t tt bad lah. There are nice drivers around as well. : ) Still remembered the first day when I was on my way back home from work. There were like traffic jam and a kind lorry driver actually let me cut into his lane. : ) I met him again the next day and he did the same thing too. Nice nice driver. : ) 

Also met a really patient driver. As I am driving manual car, so I had to like get my biting point right etc. So it happened that I accidentally let go of my clutch while my foot was on the brake so the car died. : ( Then I was like panicky and had to restart my car. But somehow it dinch manage to as the engine was jammed. Totally panicky but managed to stay calm so that I can restart my car. But the patient behind me, who was driving a Hyundai was really patient. He dinch even honked at me and waited patiently for me to restart my car. : ) I guess he knew that I was driving a manual car and was like having problems starting it. Hee hee..:P But hey he was really nice and when I finally managed to move off, I actually waved thanks to him. And I think he got fedup staying behind me, he actually overtook me at the front. Hee hee..well I wouldn’t blame him but he was really really nice. :D 

How I wish there were more drivers like him. : ) 

But I wouldn’t say the same for taxi drivers lor. They are so horrible. The same thing happened on Friday nite when I was driving along Holland to pick my mum. And I was honked like mad. Goodness. Cant they just be patient for once to  a p-plate driver?! Every driver was once a p-plate lor. Heh. 

And wasn’t the left lane a slow moving lane? Apparently I don’t think so eh? Every driver is like moving so fast on this lane and even honk at you when you move too slow? So ridiculous lor. But hey they want to overtake me, they go ahead man. But just don’t do that dangerously lor.  Like this evening, this stupid Hyundai van just suddenly cut out from his lane and into my lane. Luckily I was not moving too fast and I honked at him! Heh. Drivers eh. Always think that they can bully P-plates. Gosh. 

But I must definitely said that my car is an attention-grabber. Hee hee..whenever I drive the car, I have peeps like staring at my car and then at me. So pai s e h. hee hee ;P 

Everyone at work loves my car! Said that it is so bright and suits me. : ) Hee hee..but wat I hate most is the dust at my workplace! Now my car is like covered in a layer of dust. So dirty and horrible. But I am unable to wash my car since it was like raining for the whole weekend lor. Heh. And I have the brightest car at work! Hee hee..:P Can be sighted way from afar. Haha..:P 

To conclude, it aint that bad driving but being safe and alert is definitely important. : ) I am actually enjoying it and my parking? Well, lets just said that it is improving though it can be better. : ) I have yet to venture into very busy carparks coz I dinch want to stall traffic. So right now am visiting all the very empty car parks so that I can take my own sweet time to park. Hm, and I have yet to park in between cars coz I think that is the hardest. Still am parking in lots where it is empty next to it. Hee hee..:P 

Hmm..probably I should try to park in bwt cars at work huh? That would probably brush up my skills a bit? Hee hee..:P 

Am still enjoying driving. I like the feeling of being alone in the car and blasting my music and singing to it while I drive. Hee hee..:p

Finally! The much long awaited wait is finally over! Am so happy!! Hee hee..:P Well, instead of the 17^th Feb which I would be collecting my car, the date had been pushed back to 20^th instead!

So there I was on 20^th afternoon at West Coast area with my car agent to collect my car. Woo hoo! I am so way too excited on the day itself! Hm, was I excited the days before? Seriously I wasn’t so excited leh. Hee hee..Probably the wait had been too long that all the excitement kidna died down. I thought I wont be able to fall asleep on 19^th nite but hey I was wrong! I was so tired from work that I immediately fell asleep when my head hit the pillow! Hee hee..:P

So what did I do right after I collect my “lao gong”? Of coz I went to practise my parking! Hee hee..:P Well, with help from a really good fren, C : D He was such a nice dude to take half day to go collect with me and also to teach me parking at the nearby West Coast car park! Hee hee..:P Well, the method that he taught me was different from CK but somehow I managed to grasp the concept. I would say I am still having difficulties but aint too bad lah. Just need practise

How was my experience on the road? Well all I could say that a lot of drivers outta there are like rude and mean! They don’t quite like give way to you and especially if you are a P-plate, they totally bully you. Like cutting in your lanes etc but hey I don’t mind since I cant drive too fast as well. Need to run in for my car so I am told not to exceed 80km/h. So have to keep my speed within the range. And I also managed to honk at some stupid fella who kept squeezing his way into my lane! Goodness! There was like no space and he somemore squeezed like right in front of my car! My god! I almost hit him so I honked at him harD! Stupid guy! See me P=plate and wan to bully me. Heh. But most of the time I kept to the left lane since I was a slow moving vehicle. Hee hee..don’t wanna fine for road hogging lor..:P

And it was also my first time into a shopping centre parking! Woo..J It was fun I must say. Hee hee..:P But those car parks with really steep ramps etc really test my skill man. Coz I was so afraid of rolling back but hey so far it had been okay.

So qiao! I saw like many TP along the road somemore! Haha..first time on the road with my new baby and there were many TP! =_=

Overall, it was a really good experience on the roads! Especially with your own car. Since you do not have to worry too much about damaging someone’s else car except your own. And my car, it is really a head-turner! Haha..i saw like many peeps taking a double look when I drove past or simply stopped at the traffic light. Lolx. The p-plate is already an attention grabber and with the bright yellow! Gosh! Hee hee..:P

And my parents were like so excited to get my car coz they are looking forward to the license plate no to buy 4D! lolx. Hee hee..so once I got my car they were like asking me for the no! Even one of my sistas was texting me on Tuesday to ask me for the no! As I had not gotten my car yet I had no number to tell her! But guess wat?! She even called me just now at home to ask for the number! Hee hee..:P Hey sis! Don’t forget to buy my car something nice if you won lottery k!?

So peeps, look out for a bright yellow car on the roads with a p-plate! License no SJN…ahaha.:P Aint telling but do honk if you see me!

It’s official people!! Ms Maddy is getting her car on the 17^th Feb! : ) Yippee! Well at least that is the tentative date that Ms Maddy’s agent, Jess has told her FinallY! I have waited like one month plus for my baby to arrive! And finally it is almost here!! YAY! :D 

Everyone around me is like asking me when I am getting my car etc and finally I have some news and I can proudly say “17^th Feb”! haha..:P Well, this also meant that my new burden has began. Hee hee..i can no longer spend as I want to and have to cut down on all miscellaneous expenses lor. Have to feed my baby. :D 

And I have already started buying stuff to input in my car! Wait. I do not mean car parts or stuff to mod my car. But rather essential stuff. Like tissue paper etc. hee hee..:P So I have bought those easy car tissue packs that can be placed by the side pocket on my door. Not the usual ugly huge tissue box that is placed at the back of the car since I will be driving and probably would need tissues next to me! :D 

Hm, as I am driving manual car, I was actually thinking of doing up a decal that says “I am manual. Please stay away from me.” This is to prevent all the cars from sticking really really close to me. Coz there are like drivers who like to stick really close to the car in front! And since mine is manual, I would want to prevent any incidents from happening if my car rolls back! Haha..:P But hey I found this even cooler decal yday at Jurong Point! It says: “Just passed test. BACK OFF!” That is so way too cool. Imagine it next to my P-plate! Haha..that will be totally hilarious lor. My colleague even commented that I should get two of those decals and put them on instead of the P-plates! Haha..:P But hey I cant do that since P-plate for a year is required by the law! =_+ 

Well I cant wait to get my car and I know that my mummy dearest cant wait as well! Hee hee..:P I know she is hoping for some nice number so that she can go buy her 4D But then I have to really go practise my parking also lor. Coz till now I am still waiting for my car to arrive to really go practise my parking! No one is willing or should I say, daring enuff to lend me his car to practise my parking. Except for one dear fren of mine. : ) The rest are like hesitant man. So I only have my own car to practise. But hey I am not going to try parallel first lor. Vertical parking would be the top priority! Haha..:P Parallel is way too tuff for now. Haha..:P Only when I am zai in my vertical, then I shall try parallel! Haha ;P 

Haha..so peeps, do look out for a Yellow Swift with a P-plate on the roads after 17^th Feb! hee hee..:P 

A note: I can drive my frens around but in return you guys have to buy me dinner!! Haa haa ;P

Budget. Well, I was never that concerned with the Budget except for my own. Hee hee..:P But hey this year I was definitely concerned with the nation’s budget. I guess it is probably due to the current economic climate that got me kinda worried and tuned in to the Budget.

So the Budget was announced yday and it wasn’t all that bad afteralls. Before the announcement, there were like news that our govt was like going to use the reserves and at that moment, I was like wondering how much does our govt have for reserves? I was like talking about it with my colleagues when it was mentioned that we would be tapping into our reserves.

And hence the day has come and our govt has indeed tapped into our reserves! My god. The papers today were like so many news on Budget! =_+ Not only a whole section was covered on Budget in Business Times but another section in The Straits Times! Well I was doing my daily news reading for work so you can imagine I was like rushing thru all the articles as I wanted to send the Weekly News updates to my colleagues and mgmt before the end of today and moreover I was like on half day afternoon leave.

Wah. Dinch expect the govert to have so much reserves! They are like spending billions to boost the economy and keep the jobs of Sporeans. Hey I aint complaining about that since it meant all the good for everyone in town! : ) And yesh they do think of us, their people by coming up with various schemes to assist us and boost the economic growth. : D

Especially the jobs part. In order to keep Sporeans employed, they are paying companies money to keep us employed. Wow. That is really nice lor. No doubt I am a bit worried about my job there. Hm, no doubt my company is a strong economy but hey it is an interlinked cycle outta there. All the other companies in other industries are affected and when they are, we are as well. So no matter what, my company is affected also lor. Was like having head count and pay freeze lor. So here the govt is like reimbursing for Sporeans being employed. Guess there is a lesser case for concern now.

But the reserves part is really amazing. Never did I expect a small lil tiny red dot on the World Map does have so much reserves. So those lil things that the govt is taxing is all coming to use now huh? Hee hee..:P

But seriously the economy is really not doing all that well man. Everyday I read about like low growth rate, retrenchments, shutting down, some billionaires committing sucide etc..

Am still waiting for the day when I will finally read about some extraordinary growth worldwide! But think that day would probably take a long while to come.

Meanwhile, lets appreciate what the govt is doing so far for the home that we live in. : ) 

Hmm..some of you might have heard from my SMSes that Ms Maddy here took part in the SAFRA Beach Babe Contest on Saturday! Hee hee..:P Well, happened to come across the ad one fine day when I was surfing the net so decided to send in my pics for a try. 

Received the email from them stating that I would get a free Sentosa admission tix, not sure whether I was even selected for the contest. Only thru emailing them I realized that I was selected for the contest. Haha..:P 

Well, I dinch get into the Top 5 to compete for the Beach Babe title but hey I had fun taking part in the contest in the morning! Hee hee..Met some new frens and also met Corde whom I met during the FHM GND roadshow last year. : ) It aint too bad a contest though we had to do weird thing like covering our face with sunblock lotion and stuck cotton balls all over our faces. All of the babes just dunch look too glam with cotton balls all over their faces. Haha..:P 

I dinch even put makeup on since I was going for suntanning right after the contest. Hence dinch quite felt the need to doll myself up since it is kinda weird to be wearing makeup right under the hot sun. Moreover I am like so going to be under the sun right after so it doesn’t quite make sense for me to put on makeup only to have my makeup melt thereafter. 

Hmm..i was actually thinking twice about attending the contest the night before. Hahha..dunch know why but dunch quite feel like going. Then spoke to a fren of mine and he actually encouraged me to go for it. Telling me that he would even come down and support me if I do get into the finals. Hee hee..: ) So thinking that since I would be heading down to Sentosa for some sun on Sat, why not I just go down earlier and spent a few hours taking part in the contest and see how it goes. 

Though I was a bit disappointed that I dinch manage to get into the Top 5 but hey I had fun baking myself under the sun right after the activity!! Hahaa..:P Some of the babes were like puzzled and surprised that I was going to tan myself after the contest! Haha..:P Hm..i think I am like the dark chocolate amongst the white ones. Hee hee..:P I was actually looking forward more to the suntanning activity that I was going to do rather than the contest. Haha..:P 

Dinch take much pictures at all since none of my frens attended the event to support me! Hah. Hey me aint complaining since there isnt much support needed also. Hhaaa ;P But did manage to take one with some of the babes there : )

Another “ming xin” moment for me and what a way to start the brand new year! Hee hee ;P

New year resolutions? Hm, it is the time of the year again lor. To think of what I want to achieve or change in the coming year. Hee hee..Hm, seriously I never seem to keep to my resolutions lor. I cant even remember those that I have made in 2007 for 2008! But I think I really need some new objectives for me to work towards to in 2009 so that life would be more fulfilling for me. : ) 

1)     To really learn how to swim so that I can pick up wakeboarding and all sorts of sea sports.

2)    To continue running and train for the upcoming marathons in 2009, esp the Standard Chartered 42km in Dec.

3)    To drive safely, with zero accident rate and steer clear of all demerit points on the road. (I only have 12 points for the first year so I cant afford any points!)

4)    To pick up muay thai.

5)    To find a nice guy who loves me for who I am, treats me his one and only and pampers me and my family.

6)    Yet again, to get past the fear of falling in love.

7)    Lastly, to stay Healthly and Happy! : )

Just 7 resolutions and hopefully I would be able to achieve them! Hee hee

Wah. How time flies and it is the end of 2008. Time really flies and the year 2008 has just passed by like in a flash. It was like yday that it was the first day of 2008. 

2008. A significant year for me. So much stuff has happened in my life this year and one which has left a permanent mark in my life. 

Thought that I have found the guy of my dreams and would marry the guy whom I had dated back, with the thought that I would wait for him even though he would b working in Taiwan for 2 years. Heh. How foolish I can get only to realize that he has lied to me all this while that we were dating and to have him dump me much later. Guess this is probably my retribution. This had definitely left a scar in my heart that I would remember for pretty much my whole life. A pain that is inflicted so deeply in my heart that I am fearful of falling in love yet again. 

My job. Switched to this current job in late Nov 07 but hey aint complaining since it is so much a better place as compared to my old workplace. The peeps here are nice, not saying that peeps at the old place aint nice. They are nice as well, a minority of them. But most importantly my manager is really nice! Hm, he is so the new Gen Y boss as he always called himself and it is true. He is really nice to me and since there’s only like 2 of us in the dept, we kinda watched each other’s backs. And the things that I do now are like totally more focused, unlike my old place where everyone does everything. I aint compplaining since it had made me a multi-task person but sometimes the pay just don’t compensate for the whole loads of stuff that I do. So now am definitely much happier at my current job. : ) My boss is great, the job is great, the location is great and the peeps that I work with are great as well! :D 

My first media apperance as well! Lolx. My participation in FHM GND 2008, No 68..which I took part for fun and opened my eyes to a totally new experience that I don’t think I would have a chance to experience if I do not participate in the GND! ;P And the new frens whom I have befriended at the event. And me doing a favor for my colleague’s ex-gf by being her Hotbod section in the Sunday Times. Haha..that totally garned me a lot of attention at work and also the nick “hotbod” that stuck to me even till today! @_@ And also me auditioning for the F1 Singtel Grid Girls! Haha..Yesh, I know. I took part for fun and I was not selected but hey it was fun! Haha..:P The whole dream of “being famous” for the year 2008! Ahaha..:P 

And YESH! Finally I got my driving license in my first try! YAY! That is definitely something to cheer about! Haha..:P Even though the current objective of getting the license has totally changed from its initial objective! Hee hee ..:P Was pretty worried about having to take my test the 2^nd time so YAY! I managed in my first attempt and moreover it is a manual license! So that is a double YAY! No doubt I encountered problems during my lessons but hey I have my fun bunch of instructors there who totally brighten up my 100minutes! Haha..:P Not forgetting the few whos really fierce and weird ones whom I am totally frightened of. Hee hee ;P 

And definitely the most accomplisment for the year! My first half marathon! Seriously I have never felt so accomplished in my life before as this! My first 21km and I finished it in about 3 hour 15min or so. Gosh that was definitely something that I would remember for life and the kind of rush and satisifaction that I felt after I finished the run was totally memorable! I would never forgot that kind of feeling! ; ) This is one goal that I have set out to achieve and it was satisfying! ;D 

A lot of peeps have come and go into my life for year 2008. Some have brought me joy while some others have brought me woes. Hm. How would I describe? Seriously I do not know. All I can say that these are the peeps that have stepped into my life who have made me a stronger person than before. No doubt they have hurt me in a way or another but hey it only made me stronger. I was definitely hurt when things happened but after a while, I pick up the pieces and move on. Probably it is destined that I have to meet these peeps along the way so that I would grow up and be a stronger person that I am now. Whatever it is, these peeps have definitely left a footprint in my life. Message to these peeps – Thank you for stepping into my life and making me a stronger person than before. 

And lastly, the big decision that I have made few days before the year has come to an end. That is my newest baby, my car! That is definitely something that is huge in 2008 also! Hee hee ;P A decision that I have considered  for 2 weeks or more, working out my finances etc and finally decided to make the YES decision. : ) Am so definitely towards it. Actually I have already call my baby a HIM. Yesh you have heard it. It is a HIM, not a HER. It is my lao gong. Hee hee ;D 

A significant 2008 I must admit. Joys, sorrows, woes, anger, despair, loneliness, sadness, happiness, excitement, exhilaration, satisfaction have all been felt in this whole year. To sum it up, it was a turbulant year for me. It was also a year full of pain for me. Something that I took a long while to get over. That is one footprint that has its permanent spot in my heart which would never be erased with time. 

Well, am looking forward to the brand new year ahead. A brand new year for me to start afresh. Where unhappiness shall be abandoned in 2008 while I move forward to the happiness in 2009. : )

I am so exhilarated at this very moment! Just received a SMS from my car agent that my car loan has been approved! YAY! Am so extremely happy!! I can at this very moment smell my Swift Sports at a very very near distance! Hee hee So happy lor! 

Thought that my loan would be rejected, judging from the rate at which the loans are being rejected. But thanks to my mummy dearest who has been so nice to assist with the downpayment and my first insurance! :D 

Guess a few of my bros at work and outside work had heard about my sucky situation with one of the agents at Champion Motors. Well, it was due to the sucky and lousy attitude that my agent had that I was so pissed off with her that I have decided not to let her earn my commission. So have decided to go to one of my Swift Club bros’ agent to buy from her instead. As I have test driven with my agent like few days back, Champion had this policy that if you have test driven with this agent, you are sorta stuck with her for 2 weeks and no other agent  can poached you during this period. But seriously I can understand why this policy comes in, mainly to protect the agents but hey its kinda stupid for customers lor. Lets say I walk in to Champion and this agent was like the first to serve me (which is the very case in my situation) and she/he has a lousy attitude and I do not wish to buy from her, then I cant take advantage of the best deal which Champion is offering and approach another agent because of this very first agent who has served me? It is kinda stupid lor. 

I was at the verge of giving up and decided to go to PI instead. Hm, seriously speaking the PI aint too bad really. The deal which they are offering were like really good. With headset, DVD player, reverse camera etc. And the interest rate which they are offering aint too bad as well. As compared to CM, theirs are like slightly higher by 0.2% but still aint too bad a deal. But have received bad feedback about them from peeps around me. They are known to come up with different tactics to get more money from you. And was facing some dilemna from them since they do  not have the yellow color that I want or they have the yellow color that I want but in auto, which me aint too keen about driving an auto car. So no matter what I would still prefer to buy from CM since they are the authorized dealer and moreover my car would be under warranty by them so aint too bad. Headset all these I think I can change them at a much later date if I want to. So no biggie for me.

So finally thanks to one of my Swift Club bros, Devil, the situation at CM was finally solved and I am able to purchase from them! Under his agent and fren, who is a really really nice girl. So I do not regret buying from her. Hm, the deal was okay. She cant really give me much discount since there are some internal arrangements with my old agent. But hey at least I feel more shiok buying from this new agent than my old one which sucks! ;P 

So its set! My loan has been approved and I have just received a SMS from my agent that my insurance cost $3.9K! * faints * my god! That is very high. Hm, I have already prepared for it since I was told by many of my frens that my insurance would be at least a min of $3K since of my age group and moreover I am a first year driver so…* faints * The premium next year would be lesser but somehow it would still hover around $2K plus since I do not have to pay the additional $1K plus premium due to my first year driving. I have to really be really careful on the road for the first year so that my premium would be low for my second year and also to earn my NCB. 

Right now am just looking forward to my car! Now am just waiting for the next COE bidding to see if I will get my COE and hopefully a nice license plate no that will bring wealth to my parents when they buy 4D with the no!! hee hee..:P And once that is set, it would be like in Feb or March that I would be getting my car! YAY! Hm kinda sad that I would not have any car during CNY to drive myself and parents to Hougang for visitation. 

But hey I am so extremely happy right now!! Hee heee ;P
