Maddy: Life of a Beach Bum & Bikini Babe Wannabe!

Finally i have gotten to it!! YAY! that is probably like after half a year of deliberation..ahaha..:P Well well well..i have gotten down to enrolling myself with BBDC to learn driving!! ahah..well, my 2nd half of this year resolution is to get my Class 3 license coz was so bloody pissed off waiting for cabs at work..;P However, this is not made possible without my dearest mummy!! She has voluntarily sponsored $1K for my driving first and told me to approach her if its not enuff..hee hee..so am just staying with $1K first and approach her later..hee hhee..Thanks Mummy! But i do have a feeling that this does not come easily..ahah..this would probably mean that i would have to fetch her when i get my license and a car since she works so near to moi..So there i was, on Saturday morning enrolling myself for Class 3 Manual! Dunch ask me why i learnt manual..lets just say that i have a car for me to drive but its manual..*sighs*

So there i was..booking my FTT since i have already passed my BTT..decided to go for my FTT lesson coz i heard that it was pretty tough and since i need to fulfill my lessons requirement, so why not go for the lesson and not waste my chance at passing my FTT? -_-

So there i went for my FTL last night and boy was the instructor so lame..seriously he doesnt look like those who would crack jokes but boy those jokes that he cracked were so seriously L.A.M.E! i was like so amused by him but hey his lesson was an interesting one to attend!

He was asking the class like which is the longest road in Spore..
He: So class, do you know which is the longest road in Spore?
Someone: Yea, PIE lor..
He: Yup, PIE coz its over 40KM long..but do you know which is the shortest road in Spore?
Everyone just looked blankly at him and clueless..
He: Short street lah..coz its short street mah..Not funny meh? i think its quite funny leh..short street leh..
Everyone just gave a gosh kinda laugh..

He: Do you all know why people like to park along the road, outside coffeeshops?
Everyone just looked blankly again.
He: Well, coz new car mah..Starts with SJJ leh..if park at the carpark behind, who can see? So i park in front then people can see new car mah..so there the owner goes..sitting in the coffee shop, laing his kopi admiring his new car..thinking to change to sports rim and adding spoiler..then TP came..so the owner quickly ran towards his car but then tripped along the way..so pai seh..but then never mind, got up and rushed to the car..but too late..TP already issued summon..coffee only 70cents but for that admiration, he has to pay $70 for the fine!

Then he got back to teaching..seriously there was no link with whatever he is teachinG! haha

He was teaching us on tailgating..like not to tailgate etc..
He: Goodness, you know why everyone likes to tailgate? cozz everyone follows what everyone else is doing..but seriously sometimes the car follows so closely to the car in front coz new car mah..new car then must follow closely to see what the design is like etc..and sometimes, you have those dolls hanging on the rear windscreen..so when the behind driver’s kid says “mummy mummy..i want to buy that doll..” So the driver has no choice but to drive closer to see what that soft toy is so as to buy for his kid..

Was telling us like what you should do when you have a pedestrain who refuse to cross the road and stand at the middle of the traffic light when you are having your TP test..
He: What would you do if a guy who was supposed to cross the traffic light but then stop halfway and refuse to cross..So he stared at you and “Oh..you having your TP test now huh..” So stand down there and stare at you and you stare at him…then you turned to your tester, giving him the look..so what should i do sir? then the tester said “Now you on test or i on test huh?” Then you have no choice but to say “I on test lor..but what to do now?” “You never study theory meh?” You said “Theory never teach leh..” Then you die lor..

We were watching some clips on driving safely etc..so it was some clips from Japan like way back in the 80s! And the weird thing is that the video showed that when a car stops at the zebra crossing, the pedestrain actually bowed to sorta thank the driver! So instructor said..”Wah so polite one huh! SOmemore bow leh! Sure not in Spore..Spore where got like that!”

Seriously, he was really lame but hey he made the lesson all the while interesting..Hmm..i really wondered how he is like when he is teaching practical man..ahaha..but hey the driving schs are all so modern now..besides having their tests computerized, even their teaching materials are computerized! Now they teach using powerpoint lor! And their powerpoint are so animated with cars moving etc etc..gosh am so impressed lor..ahah..but well, they are not using those flat screen monitors..but hey they are modern! No longer you need to chop on your book already..just scan your IC at some booth to get a reporting slip and submit to the instructor when reportinG! SO COOLS!

And gosh, you can never imagine the crowd at the driving schools even at 10pm!

Would be going for my first practical next week and gosh am so excited! Excited and scared at the same time coz its manual..excited coz i am finally learning driving!! ahaha..cant wait to get my license..Hmm..wonder what i’ll do if i get the same lame instructor man..ahaha.. But he seems kinda nice

It has been 2 weeks! And gosh the Sony Ericsson C902 which i wanted to buy is still out of stock at Starhub shops! Goodness me! The first time when i first saw it was on some phone dealer website and was like hmm..this phone looks quite good..so went to check out SE website and boy when i saw it was like so gonna buy it!

Initially wanted to purchase W760i which was like a walkman phone..then realize that C902 was like slightly, probably $50 more expensive than 760..and the features were like so much better than it! The camera is exactly like a cybershot camera with 5 megapixel and you can zoom etc with it! So have since decided to get C902 inseatd of the 760 since i myself dunch quite use the MP3 function of phone, having to own an Ipod nano to begin with..so a phone to me is like something i use to SMS and also take pics of!

And went to Starhub shop to purchase since my stupid N76 has deteriotated till its so bad that no shop wants to take it in..and its worth a $200 at Starhub shop! and signing a new plan with my trade-in would only mean $198 for my C902! Yay! But then it was out of stock since that Sun 2 weeks ago when i went to purchase..Already on the reserve list as in when the phone is in, the peeps @ Starhub will call me up but till today i have yet to hear anything They themselves dunch even know when the stock will arrive..Sighs..

Saw the ad on the phone on TV these days and gosh it looks so good! -_- The temptation was like so huge 2 weeks ago but now it sorta has died down..ahaha..but seriously i really need a phone coz my stupid Nokia kept hanging and worst still, it would restartt on its own! ahah..and its apperance looks like it had gone for some commando camp man..sheesh..

I am so keeping my fingers crossed that my C902 will arrive soon…and am so gonna get the Red one since the black phone is so common these days..hee hee
